ARARSOL - ENERGIAS RENOVĂVEIS, S.A. is a shareholder company as a result of the wishes of KVAZAR Joint Stock Company (Member of Aerospace Agency of Ukraine), that was founded as far back as 1961 and FOLGAT AG Joint Stock Company that started its activities in Germany as at 1992 and a group of Portuguese investors.
